The user has to present a valid driving license at the vendor location before pickup. In case the user is unable to present the same, the booking shall stand canceled. If the user is not an Indian citizen, he/she must present a valid International driving license at the vendor location before pickup.

In addition to the above, user has to produce any one of the following ORIGINAL Identity Proofs at the time of picking up the vehicle- Passport, Voter Identity Card or PAN Card, etc.

1. Car4hires vehicle can only be driven by Lead Driver whose name provided at the time of booking but accompanying members are not allowed to drive the vehicle.
2. Car4hires members whose driver’s license has expired will not be allowed to make bookings.
3. Car4hires vehicles are meant solely for personal use. Members can’t use Car4hires vehicles for commercial use, such as using it as a taxi for transporting people.
4. Car4hires vehicles must not be used for any contests like races or for exhibitions.
5. Car4hires vehicles must not be used for towing, pushing and/or propelling another vehicle or object.
6. Car4hires vehicles must not be used by a user under the influence of any substance that impairs his/her ability to drive, like alcohol, drugs, narcotic substances. A zero-tolerance policy is adopted in such cases.
7. Car4hires vehicles must not be used for carrying out any crime or illegal activity.
8. Car4hires users must not drive a vehicle while using a mobile phone or any other mobile communication device in any manner whatsoever, with or without a hands-free device that may distract them from driving or otherwise engaging in similar activities that may be prohibited by the law.
9. Car4hires users are not allowed to carry the following items while driving the vehicle:
1. Any object whose possession has been deemed illegal by the Indian penal code.
2. Weapons or any sharp or inflammable object which may cause damage to the vehicle or endanger human life.
3. Any other object which compromises the stability, safety or performance of the vehicle and/or the passengers.
10. Car4hires holds the right to refuse a booking if the user is found to possess any of the above items.
11. Car4hires vehicles must not be used for transporting objects that could – due to their size, shape, or weight – adversely impact the vehicle.
12. Car4hires vehicles can be used only in the Republic of India. Use of the vehicles is subject to the laws of India. The vehicle cannot be driven in areas where entry is prohibited by the central or state government.
13. The terms of vehicle use listed above are non-exhaustive. Any negligent or use in an abusive manner, as determined by Car4hires in its sole discretion, may be deemed a violation of these terms and conditions. Illegal use of the vehicle will be reported to the concerned authorities by Car4hires followed by the suspension or termination of service immediately. In the case of non-compliance, appropriate actions may be taken against the user by the concerned local, state, and/or national authorities. In such scenario, the entire sum of security deposit will be retained by Car4hires.

In case of any accident related damage to the vehicle or theft of vehicle or in a case when the vehicle is lost or misplaced, the incident would be resolved mutually between the vehicle vendor and the user.

1. The customer is expected to check, inspect and test ride the vehicle before taking delivery and convince himself/herself with regards to the quality and legality of the vehicle.
2. Once the customer picks up the vehicle from the vendor, it is deemed that the customer is satisfied with the quality of the vehicle and absolves Car4hires of any liability that might arise due to any damage caused to life, health or property that should occur due to any mechanical malfunction of the vehicle or any of its parts or accessories.
3. The vehicle has to be picked up from and dropped within the office timings of the vendors.
4. While returning the vehicle, the user must hand over the keys at the designated drop-off location. Trip will not be terminated until the keys are returned, and the user will be billed accordingly. The vehicle must be returned at the authorized Car4hires drop-off location only. If the user fails to return the vehicle to the designated drop-off location on time for any reason whatsoever, penalty will be levied on the user.

1. Car4hires users will be responsible for any traffic rule violations (if any). This includes but is not limited to: incorrect parking, over-speeding, breaking red light at a signal and toll violations. The user will be liable for all the fines/penalty arising out of such violations. In case of such violations, the user must inform Car4hires immediately.
2. Car4hires will inform the user about such an event, if it learns of such an event from a third party. The user will be required to pay the relevant fines/penalty to the concerned authorities and submit a proof of such payment to Car4hires. Car4hires is not obligated to inform the user, if the user has prior knowledge of such violations. Any unreported traffic rule violation will be solely the user’s responsibility and Car4hires will not bear any responsibility whatsoever.
3. Car4hires users must not park a vehicle in no parking areas. User will be solely responsible for all the violation notices and towing charges (if any), if he/she leaves the vehicle in such a restricted zone. This may also lead to additional penalties being levied on the user, if the violation leads to unavailability of the Car4hires vehicle for other reservations.

1. In case of any damage caused to the vehicle during the period in which the vehicle is in possession of the customer, due to any accident or otherwise, whether or not due to the negligence of the customer, customer has to pay the amount for vehicle repairing.
2. The fare does not include fuel costs and the toll taxes to be paid.
3. Change of Vehicle: In case the vendor changes the type of vehicle due to some reason, Car4hires will refund the differential amount to the customer upon being intimated by the customers within 24 hours of the journey.
4. Car4hires is an aggregator that connects the vendor and the user. In case of any dispute, it should be resolved between the vendor and the user.
5. The vehicles and other suppliers providing travel or other services for Car4hires are independent contractors and not agents or employees of Car4hires are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom. Car4hires has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, overbooking, strike, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense, omissions, delays, re-routing or acts of any government or authority.
6. The security deposit will be refunded only after checking the damages and if any damage is found, it will be deducted from the deposit.
7. Prior to taking any vehicle, the user must document any pre-existing damage, and have the vendor acknowledge it as well. In case of any concerns, the user may take photos at the start of the reservation and mail it to info@Car4hires.com. Otherwise, the user may be held liable for any damage reported after the reservation.

1. In case of any legal dispute or conflict between Car4hires and its users arising from the services of Car4hires, the sole and exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Delhi, India.
2. The user is liable to pay Car4hires reasonable attorney fees and bear the cost of legal proceedings relating to this agreement, including appeals.
